To receive offer, you must call American Airlines Vacations or book a vacation package at AAVacations.com between July 1, 2020 – December 18, 2021. Package must include round-trip flights on American Airlines and hotel in addition to meeting a minimum spend requirement of $2,500. Elite member must be listed as the lead traveler at the initial time booking is made, and travel as part of the itinerary for the credit to apply. If elite member is removed from booking, promo credit will not apply and will be removed from booking. One-time credit must be applied at time of booking and no further modifications may occur as it relates to the elite benefit. Offer is valid for new reservations made July 1, 2020 – December 18, 2021. All travel may begin July 3, 2020 and must start by December 20, 2021, for promotion to apply. Packages can be booked a maximum 331 days in advance. Multiple hotel stays are valid for promo as long as the total nights booked in the package is greater than the minimum stay requirements. Promotion is only valid for packages booked at AAVacations.com or through the AA Vacations Reservations by calling 1-800-321-2121 or AAVacations.com. AA Vacations Reservations hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 10:30pm, Central Time, and Saturday - Sunday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Central Time.

If you find a lower-priced package with the exact same components of your American Airlines Vacations (AAV) package with another seller of travel we promise to review the discrepancy and will make every reasonable effort to match the competitor’s price. You will receive acknowledgment of the price match within 1 business day of submission. To submit a price match request, a current AAV package must be booked and must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial booking. Submissions must be in writing and will be accepted at the email address aavtascaavacations@aa.com and must include the following information:

● “Price Match” as the subject line
● The hotel must be a Preferred Hotel or the price match will be denied (you can find this in the hotel description)
● Include the AAV booking number 
● Screenshot with the exact matching components from the competitor including the competitor’s final price
● Must show a date and time stamp in the screenshot
● Web address bar must show the competitor's site
● Should the competitor be Expedia, Travelocity, BookIt.com, Cheap Caribbean, Orbitz, Hotwire, or Cheap Tickets, the screenshot must include the air class of service code. You can view this by opening the flight dialog box.

AAV reserves the right to reject or approve a price match at its sole discretion. If request is approved, refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Additional conditions may apply to price-match approved packages. We do not price match against membership only companies, such as AAA, BJ's, Costco, Sam's Club.
