American Airlines Vacations™ offers AAdvantage® members private, unpublished rates to over 400 destinations around the world, while offering you the opportunity to earn commissions. Easily customize vacation packages with add-ons like rental cars, transfers, sightseeing and activities. Design a trip that suits your client's interests and their travel budget.

Plus, as AAdvantage® members, you and your client earn miles and Loyalty Points on their American Airlines Vacations™ packages.

You can hold a trip without a deposit for up to 24 hours.

  • You must complete your booking by the following day
  • Your bookings will automatically cancel if no payment is received


You can hold a trip for more than 24 hours with a deposit of $200 per person.

  • Eligible fare classes may change before full payment of a package
  • Full payment is required at least 45 days before departure date



Call American Airlines Vacations™ Reservations for changes including room accommodations, adding a client's AAdvantage® number to flights, changes to the reservation or seat assignments.

If your client's vacation package includes a flight or you need to update an existing trip, you'll need to call us to add an infant. For packages that don't have a flight, you can add an infant when you book your trip on aavacations.com.

Call American Airlines Vacations™ Reservations for help booking a multi-destination trip to more than one destination. Multi-destination vacation packages can't be booked online.

Payment




Credit cards with billing addresses within the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands are accepted forms of payment. You may only use one credit card per booking.

AAdvantage® members can use miles or a combination of miles and cash to book vacation packages through aavacations.com or American Airlines Vacations™ Reservations. Travel agents can't pay for bookings with miles.

If miles are used for any portion of the vacation package, the booking is no longer eligible for commission.




Travel Vouchers can be used towards the American Airlines flight. Travel Vouchers can't be used for hotels, rental cars, transfers, activities or insurance.

To use a Travel Voucher, call American Airlines Vacations™ Reservations. The booking must be paid in full at the time of using a travel voucher.
